Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field in various roles. I have advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health, which includes infertility, pregnancy, birth trauma, loss, and postpartum period. The journey to parenthood is unique for every person, and you deserve to have a safe and nonjudgmental space in which you can explore your own perinatal experiences with support along the way.

As a public school counselor working with children and their families, I also have experience supporting parents beyond the perinatal period with the many complex stressors that can occur within the context of parenting toddlers, school aged children, and teens.

I bring lived experience and clinical expertise into the therapeutic process to meet you where you are, and help you along each step. Parenting can be beautiful and rewarding - but it can also be really challenging at times. You are not alone.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic process. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, guide you, and support you in reaching your goals.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I will answer any questions you may have. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make progress on the goals that you determined are important to you.
