Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, and I’m an EMDRIA-approved consultant—the highest level of training in EMDR therapy. I specialize in trauma-focused, person-centered therapy, and I integrate faith-based approaches for clients who want their spiritual beliefs to be part of their healing journey. I work primarily with Christian women who are navigating past trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, helping them find peace, clarity, and freedom in their lives.

I understand how trauma can leave lasting emotional and spiritual scars, and my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can process your experiences, reclaim your voice, and move toward healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it’s focused on you. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your thoughts and emotions openly, at your own pace. I draw from a variety of approaches—like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR Therapy—to meet your unique needs and help you heal from past trauma.

If your faith is important to you, I’m happy to integrate Christian beliefs into our work, so your spiritual journey can support your emotional healing. Together, we’ll focus on empowering you, finding clarity, and creating lasting change in your life.

What you can expect from me
