Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Jessica Cosper, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

I have extensive experience helping individuals who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral challenges, ADHD, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, stress, and emotional regulation. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and use evidence-based interventions tailored to each person’s unique needs.

I believe healing is possible. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and am committed to providing culturally responsive, compassionate, and inclusive care where every client feels respected, valued, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it’s a partnership. My approach is warm, supportive, empowering, and solution-focused while providing practical tools you can use in everyday life.

I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and draw from evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and psychoeducation when appropriate.

Whether you’re healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, improving relationships, coping with stress, or navigating a difficult life transition, we’ll work together to identify patterns, build healthy coping skills, and help you move forward with confidence and hope.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know one another in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment.

We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your strengths, and the goals you’d like to achieve. There is no pressure to share everything at once—you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged, with a clearer understanding of the path forward.
