Great to meet you!

You appear high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, relationship patterns, trauma, or high-functioning anxiety. You may already be deeply self-aware and insightful — yet still feel stuck repeating the same emotional cycles.

I help adults move beyond survival mode by addressing the deeper patterns, attachment wounds, and nervous system dysregulation underneath their distress.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, l bring a sense of compassion and curiosity as you learn new strategies to build emotional resiliency and heal root issues impacting your life. I specialize in creating an individualized approach to each client’s treatment using cultural humility and decolonized approach in using multiple evidenced-based therapies to address healing both the mind and the body.

What you can expect from me

I’m passionate about helping people learn to manage and understand their unwanted thoughts and difficult feelings; while healing past wounds that oftentimes keep them feeling stuck. Most treatment approaches focus on the “symptoms” and sometimes miss deeper patterns that cause these unhelpful thoughts or behaviors to occur. Together, we will gently examine and begin to heal the root cause of these patterns and learn new tools to empower you to build healthy relationships with yourself and others
