My approach to therapy

Talk therapy is important, but it is making changes that will bring lasting results. I do this through reframing thoughts, learning to cope with fellings, and changing behaviors. I take a person centered approach where the client is the director of the session. Do not fear though, if direction is needed, I can guide you to help figure out what you need.

What you can expect from me

I would like you to feel you are heard and not judged. I hope you would feel as if some of the load has been taken off. I want you to be equipped with skills and steps you can take to thrive.
