Great to meet you!

I began practicing therapy over 10 years ago. My education is based in both developmental and clinical psychology. I specialize in working with young adults who are looking to understand more about themselves as individuals and how they can live whole, authentic, and empowered lives.

My approach to therapy

I view individuals as experts of their own experiences, and work to collaboratively form treatment goals based on their unique strengths and challenges. I specialize in areas of depression and anxiety, especially when symptoms have impacted a person's sense of belonging, or engagement in a life that they find meaningful.

What you can expect from me

I strive to offer a warm and open therapeutic space where we can explore together the parts of life that feel stuck, and celebrate the parts that work well!
