Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and I offer teletherapy services across the state of Maryland. I specialize in treating adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life stress and relationship issues. I also have certifications in grief counseling and neuropsychotherapy, and additional training for ADHD and anxiety treatment.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is to come alongside my clients and enable them to discover new ways to view themselves and the world, achieve self awareness and understanding. I use empathy and genuine positive regard to create a safe environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. The goal is to gain insight and tools in order to improve mental health and overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Our first conversation will be our initial consultation call, which is simply a casual conversation, so that I can learn a little bit about you, why you are seeking therapy, and also to answer any questions you may have. At that point, we can schedule your first session, preferably within a week, which will be an intake session, where I will ask you a series of questions to find out more about you, and we can set some goals for our work together!
