Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s complexities. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from a wide range of backgrounds. My clinical experience includes supporting those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

I believe that healing is a deeply personal process that unfolds through connection—both with ourselves and with others. In the therapeutic space, I strive to build a relationship that feels grounded, authentic, and centered around your unique strengths and needs. It’s a privilege to walk alongside people in their journey, and I’d be honored to support you in yours.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while always centering the individual needs, values, and goals of each person I work with. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I believe in collaborating with clients to find what feels most helpful and meaningful for them.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling more connected to themselves, more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges, and more empowered to make choices aligned with their values. I want each person I work with to feel heard, supported, and genuinely understood—not just for their struggles, but for their strengths, resilience, and potential.

Whether we're working through deep-rooted patterns, navigating a difficult season, or building on what's already working, my goal is to help clients cultivate greater self-awareness, compassion, and a sense of agency in their lives. Ultimately, I hope the therapeutic space we create together serves as a foundation for lasting change, meaningful relationships, and a deeper sense of well-being.
