Great to meet you!

Life can be a lot sometimes. Whether you're going through a big change, feeling stuck, or just need a space to vent, I’m here to listen, support, and help you sort through it all. I bring warmth, straightforwardness, and a sense of humor into sessions. Healing can still be intentional without being heavy all of the time.

I have over 13 years of experience and a special focus on working with:

~People navigating major life transitions like new chapters, endings, career changes and relationship changes

~People struggling with self worth and identity including people pleasing tendencies, difficulty finding your voice, confidence, and figuring out who you are beyond the expectations of others

~Individuals experiencing anxiety, stress and burnout especially when life feels overwhelming and you're constantly carrying too much

~Individuals working through generational trauma especially those wanting to break cycles, understand family patterns, and reclaim their voice

~BIPOC individuals navigating cultural dynamics including identity, family expectations, and the weight of systemic stress

~Individuals who have experienced trauma including survivors of domestic violence and emotionally abusive relationships

My approach to therapy

Although therapy can at times feel daunting and intimidating, I hope to ease those concerns as we examine the matter with a solution focused approach to help you towards your journey to your best well-being.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. No judgment, just a genuine desire to help you navigate life's challenges. I work in collaboration with you, I may be the therapist, but you are the expert of your life and my planning is always done with your input.
