Great to meet you!

I am a Christian author and Therapist helping women implement the concept of Kingdom Wellness I designed as a unique approach to developing wellbeing, both practically and spiritually. I coach believers in developing a Kingdom based mindset so that every area of life is aligned to God's Word in addition to traditional talk therapy.

I am currently licensed as a Professional Counselor in Georgia and Oklahoma and am certified as a School Counselor.

I am a graduate of Richmont Graduate University (M.A.) and Spelman College (B.A.) currently residing in Tulsa, OK by way of Atlanta, GA with my husband. Please contact me directly to book an appointment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to keep things as simple as possible. I enjoy helping clients understand the obstacles in their way and helping them work through removing obstacles through everyday choices. I believe that mental health should be a priority for all of society and each person deserves an opportunity to become the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be heard and for their desires to be taken seriously within a safe space. They will walk away feeling realistically confident in the progress they will be able to make over the course of our time together. Please contact me directly to book an appointment.
