As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist I am passionate about the mental health of individuals struggling with Posttraumatic Stress disorder, depression, and anxiety. I have successfully helped children, families, and adults with adjustment difficulties, traumatic stress exposure, and other concerns that impact their daily functioning.

My approach to therapy

In addition to providing short and long-term treatment services, I specialize in providing evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment services (e.g., EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, PCIT) to youth, families, and adults coping with traumatic stress (e.g., physical and sexual abuse, grief and loss, violence exposure).
