I am a neurodivergent practitioner working to provide Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy. I strive to create a space where my clients can drop the mask that they wear in the world and show up as their authentic selves. I am social justice oriented, and am passionate about racial, LGBTQIA+, and disability rights.
I work to blend understanding, humor, and authenticity into every session that I have with a client. My primary area of specialty is working with adults who are ADHD and/or Autistic.
During our first session I will work to gain understanding if what is bringing you into therapy, and we will work collaboratively to set goals and create a road-map for your therapy journey!
