Great to meet you!

Feel like anxiety is running your life — making even simple tasks impossible?

You are exhausted by constant overthinking, stuck in procrastination, and distracted by worries you cannot control. Every day feels heavier, and it is easy to believe you are trapped in this cycle forever. But you are not alone and relief is closer than you think.

If you are ready to break free from the mental fog and reclaim your focus, calm, and joy, you are in the right place. Together, we will build a path forward where overwhelm no longer controls you so you can start living again.

My approach to therapy

Clients seek me out because they are searching for a therapist who truly understands what it means to struggle with these challenges. To them, therapy is more than just a session; it is a sanctuary where they seek safety and validation. In our sessions together, we focus on creating tangible coping mechanisms to navigate complex emotions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and develop strategies to support your personal growth. We will look at the interpersonal dynamics that influence your emotions and life experiences to help improve your quality of life.

Fun Fact: I am a proud nerd and gamer! I enjoy a variety of games including DnD, Minecraft, The Witcher, and The Legend of Zelda. The N64 games hold a special place in my heart!

All consultations are done through Doxy to make sure we are a good fit to work together. Just be sure to have your video and audio ready!
