Great to meet you!

I’m a mindfulness-informed and integrative mental health practitioner who works with high-achieving adults navigating stress, burnout, perfectionism, and relationship challenges. I support individuals and couples who want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

My background includes individual, couples, and family therapy across adolescence through adulthood, but my current focus is adults who feel overwhelmed by pressure, self-doubt, or the constant urge to “keep it together.” I integrate mindfulness, mind-body (somatic) awareness, and practical coping strategies to help clients rebuild confidence, reconnect with their needs, and create sustainable changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends mindfulness-informed therapy, integrative mental health practices, and foundational somatic work to help clients understand their patterns and reconnect with themselves. I focus on the whole person, mind, body, relationships, and environment so you can begin creating balance that actually lasts.

Using solution-focused strategies and reflective conversation, I help clients slow down, see their experiences more clearly, and shift unhelpful patterns like people-pleasing, overthinking, and perfectionism. I offer tools that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, boundary-setting, and self-worth, all delivered in a calm and collaborative space where you feel supported, not judged.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will feel calm, supportive, and grounded. I create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and be honest without fear of judgment. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, explore the patterns contributing to your stress or overwhelm, and identify small, manageable steps you can take right away.

I use a holistic and collaborative process incorporating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and strengths-based strategies to help you feel more centered and clear about what you need. Most clients leave their first session feeling understood, hopeful, and relieved to finally have space to focus on themselves.
