Great to meet you!

I am Jessica Torres Kreidt, LPCC, NCC, CCTP, a bilingual therapist with a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from the University of Toledo (2018). I specialize in trauma, ADHD, OCD, and child and adolescent therapy, providing compassionate and effective support for individuals across all ages.

I have extensive experience in family and couples therapy, with a focus on helping clients strengthen communication and navigate relational challenges. Fluent in both Spanish and English, I offer culturally responsive care tailored to the needs of diverse communities.

My approach centers on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and move toward lasting well-being.

My approach to therapy

I provide collaborative, evidence-based therapy in a warm, culturally sensitive environment. Clients are actively involved in goal-setting and treatment planning, with interventions drawn from research-backed methods tailored to their unique needs. My flexible, integrative approach blends CBT, trauma-informed care, and holistic strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me, you can expect meaningful progress and a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on in your life. We’ll work together to unpack your concerns, build coping strategies that truly work for you, and deepen your self-awareness and resilience.

You’ll play an active role in setting your goals and shaping your therapy experience. I draw from proven, evidence-based approaches and tailor each session to meet your unique needs. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and respected.

Through our collaboration, you’ll gain practical tools, a greater sense of clarity, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with strength and intention.
