Great to meet you!

The decision to start therapy is a courageous one. I create an open and safe environment for you to embark on your therapeutic journey. In my practice I take a strength-based approach to help you learn and grow. I am interested in exploring who you are as an individual and helping you get where you want to be. Together I hope to build a respectful and collaborative therapeutic alliance.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working in the university and hospital setting. I have an interest in working with young adults, and new parents. I use both CBT and DBT in my practice. My colleagues would describe me to have a calming presence and open mind. My goal is to meet you where you are at.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard and supported after having a session with me.
