Great to meet you!

Making the decision to take care of your mental health can be hard but you don’t have to do it alone. With 7+ years of experience, I bring knowledge, skill, compassion, and empowerment to help you navigate through life’s challenges. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief/bereavement, adjustment disorder, and stress related issues. I completed my MSW at the University of New Hampshire.

My approach to therapy

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Your treatment will be tailored to fit your needs but can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, DBT skills, Mindfulness, and other interventions that may be appropriate and helpful. I believe in and utilize person-centered approach because you deserve full autonomy in your treatment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other. Rapport building is one of my strongest skills and vital to the therapeutic relationship. From there, we will work together to explore your current challenges, symptoms, barriers, and goals. You will begin to learn skills to help you manage your symptoms, how to overcome your barriers, change your thought process, and how to reach your goals.

I am very excited to being this journey with you!
