Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and accepted—exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing tools that feel practical and meaningful in your daily life. I earned my Master of Social Work from East Carolina University and have worked in community mental health, school settings, and private practice. If you’re considering therapy, I welcome the opportunity to support you as you take this next step toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll move at your pace, focus on what feels most important to you, and begin building a plan that supports your goals and well-being.
