Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who loves working with people and couples as they navigate the transitions that come with life—new parenthood, empty nesting, newlywed life, college graduation, and everything in between. I especially enjoy working with couples, meeting them where they are and helping them build the relationship they want and deserve, and I have a special interest in postpartum depression. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mom, friend, and sister who loves the beach, live music, and spending time with my kids.

My approach to therapy

I’m a genuine, down-to-earth therapist who believes in being real with my clients. I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and honesty, while creating a space where you can show up as your whole self—messy, complicated, and everything in between. I take therapy seriously, but I don’t think it always has to feel serious; there’s room for humor, and occasionally a little colorful language, too. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will probably involve a whole lot of questions—I want to get to know you as quickly as possible so we can jump right in. I love helping clients identify their strengths and build on what’s already working to move toward their goals. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and clear about what you want to get out of therapy. From there, we’ll figure out together how to get you there.
