Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica Ope-Oluwadare. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Temple University in 2012 and went on to complete my master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Springfield College in 2016. I’m a wife, a mother of three, and a Christian.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (PA & DE), I have a deep-rooted passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. My background in human services is extensive, spanning therapeutic community treatment, residential care for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and crisis hotline support.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I take a compassionate and holistic approach, drawing from creative mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and the power of unconditional positive regard. My faith is at the heart of my work—I believe that each person is divinely gifted with the strength and authority to take control of their life.

What you can expect from me

My main goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard and supported. We'll start with a conversation about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and any goals you have for our work together. I'll gather some background information, but I move at your pace.
