Great to meet you!

I believe that we are all uniquely designed by the world around us and the world within us. At some points we may have created methods that worked for us in the now, but work against us presently. This can impact our ability to recognize our own, as well as others', personal strengths, goals, and values, clouding our ability to achieve the life we desire. Together we can work towards strengthening abilities in problem-solving, self-confidence, and relationships.

My professional background includes providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Individualized Parenting with Trauma Focus to individuals and families from ages 5+ in individual and school settings.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach focuses on empowering individuals by providing them evidence-based psychoeducation, corrective feedback, and consistent, nurturing, support.

What you can expect from me
