Great to meet you!

I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting women and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, exhaustion, relationship challenges, or simply feeling unsure of yourself in this new role. You may be coping with a difficult pregnancy or birth, trauma, changes in identity, or challenges with attachment and adjustment. Together, we make sense of what you’re experiencing, identify what’s getting in the way, and find practical ways to move forward.

With more than 17 years of experience working with pregnant individuals through the early childhood period, I deeply understand the emotional, relational, and practical challenges that can arise during this vulnerable time for you. As a LCSW and Certified Lactation Counselor, I bring both clinical expertise and a profound understanding of the challenges you may be facing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective and support, and work with you to identify what feels most helpful. Together, we'll build your confidence, problem-solve practical ways to reduce stress, develop tools for feeling more grounded and connected while working toward balance and a stronger sense of well-being.

If you're looking for a therapist who will listen without judgment, take the time to understand your unique experience, and work collaboratively with you toward meaningful change - let's connect! My goal is to provide a safe space where you can feel heard, gain perspective, and create strategies that fit your life and your family.

What you can expect from me

Before scheduling your first session, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to briefly connect, talk about what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and see if we might be a good fit. There is no pressure or expectation to move forward if it doesn’t feel right.

During our first full session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what you’d like support with. I’ll ask questions about what you’ve been experiencing, what has brought you to therapy now, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll also talk about your strengths, resources, and any challenges that may be affecting your well-being.
