Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families in achieving emotional well-being. I hold a master’s degree in social work and have served as an adjunct professor, as well as contributed to grant-funded work within the justice system. My professional focus centers on helping people build healthy, meaningful relationships and navigate life’s challenges with resilience. I am deeply passionate about fostering personal growth and empowering others to thrive.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, those feeling trapped in depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, identity conflicts, life transitions, grief, family conflicts, co-parenting and more. Together we focus on restoring peace within one’s self and relationships through learning healthy new coping, understanding of self and effective communication skills.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and empowering environment where they are encouraged to explore their thoughts and experiences openly. Through evidence-based interventions, I help clients identify meaningful goals and achieve results that align with their values. My approach focuses on fostering self-awareness and confidence, so clients can arrive at their own conclusions and make choices that feel right for them.
