Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping adults reconnect with themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.

You may be the person others depend on—the one who appears capable, keeps going, and rarely asks for help. Yet inside, you may feel emotionally exhausted, anxious, irritable, or disconnected from yourself. You might struggle with boundaries, question your feelings and needs, or repeat relationship patterns that leave you feeling unseen.

I help thoughtful adults understand how early emotional wounds, attachment experiences, and difficult relationships shape self-worth and present-day choices. Together, we can build greater self-trust, healthier relationships, and a more grounded sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe meaningful change begins when you feel deeply understood—not when someone tells you who to be, but when you have the safety to understand your experiences and reconnect with yourself.

Depending on your needs, I may integrate Brainspotting, IFS-informed therapy, attachment work, and body-based awareness. Rather than trying to “fix” you, we’ll explore the experiences and patterns that shaped you while strengthening your relationship with yourself.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and intimidating. During our first sessions, we’ll get to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope will change, and the experiences that have shaped your life. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

You’ll also have space to ask questions and decide whether we’re a good fit. Together, we’ll identify the patterns, strengths, and goals that will guide our work toward meaningful, lasting change.
