Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping adults reconnect with themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.

I earned my Master of Social Work and have additional training in Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My work is also informed by attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care. While these approaches guide my practice, I believe the foundation of healing is a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, childhood and developmental trauma, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, perfectionism, low self-worth, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who feel disconnected from themselves despite appearing successful on the outside.

I don't believe you're broken. Together, we'll work to understand the experiences that shaped you, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and person-centered. I believe we are all interconnected—our thoughts, emotions, relationships, body, and sense of meaning all influence our well-being.

I believe healing begins when you feel deeply understood—not because someone tells you who you are, but because together we create the safety for you to rediscover yourself. My role is not to "fix" you, but to help you better understand your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Many of the people I work with have spent years understanding everyone else while feeling disconnected from themselves. Together we'll create a space where you can reconnect with who you really are.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the very beginning.

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another. I'll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to change, and any important experiences that have shaped your life. There is no pressure to tell your entire story at once—we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and determine whether we're a good fit. Therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and supported, and building that foundation is one of my highest priorities.

Together, we'll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and goals that will guide our work moving forward.
