Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist and owner of the group practice, Healing Hearts VA. We work primarily with adults navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, and patterns like people-pleasing. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by their emotions, stuck in unfulfilling relationship dynamics, or unsure how to show up as themselves without guilt or fear. Our approach is practical, compassionate, and insight-oriented, helping clients better understand themselves while building real, sustainable change. We strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported, challenged, and truly understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and practical. I work to help clients understand the patterns that show up in their emotional lives and relationships. I focus on building insight while also supporting real, sustainable changes clients can apply outside of sessions—such as regulating emotions, setting boundaries, and showing up more authentically. I strive to create a non-judgmental, supportive space where clients feel understood, build self-trust, and are gently challenged toward growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on helping you feel comfortable and getting a sense of what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. We’ll begin identifying patterns that may be impacting your emotional life or relationships, and we’ll talk about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clearer about how we might work together.
