I’m Jessica, a trauma-informed therapist deeply committed to helping women and girls reclaim joy, peace, and emotional abundance. My work centers on creating safe, supportive spaces where clients can explore relationship dynamics, unpack generational trauma, and build tools for healing and resilience.
I specialize in guiding women and girls through the layered challenges they face—whether navigating stress, anxiety, grief, or relational wounds. Many of my sessions focus on strengthening communication, deepening connection, and fostering beautifully healed relationships.
This work is not just my profession—it’s my calling. My commitment to serving women and girls is the heart of Inmost Being Behavioral & Consulting Services. I also bring unique insight as a Military and Family Life Counselor and as the spouse of a retired service member, with a deep understanding of the emotional needs of veteran women and military-connected families.
Clients often leave each session feeling more emotionally grounded, seen, and equipped with tools that honor their lived experience. I create a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply attuned to the unique. Clients can expect emotional clarity, empowerment tools, relational healing, safe reflection space, culturally responsive support, and strength-based outcomes.
