Hi there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. I've worked in the Mental health/Substance use field for 8 years: inpatient and outpatient. I specialize in addiction, depression, anxiety, life transitions and trauma. I believe in making the most comfortable space I can so I show up authentically me- comfy clothes and all - I hope you can too!

My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to best help you begin this empowering journey.
