Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. I've worked in the Mental health/Substance use field for 8 years: inpatient and outpatient. I specialize in addiction, depression, anxiety, life transitions and trauma. I believe in making the most comfortable space I can so I show up authentically me- comfy clothes and all - I hope you can too!

My approach to therapy

Counseling can be very intimidating.. We ask you to talk about some of the hardest things to share! Don't worry, I'm here to walk with you through it. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to best help you begin this empowering journey.

What you can expect from me

I believe one of the hardest part of therapy is making the decision to start- You're already there! Together, we will find new tools to help you grow into the best version of yourself.

Everyone is unique! My goal is to help you find the tools that will best suit you and your personal goals.
