Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping my clients overcome their current struggles while acquiring the tools to be able to navigate any issues that arise in the future. I provide non-judgmental support and empathy when clients need it most. I specialize in ADHD, Trauma, Anxiety and PTSD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Throughout my education, I learned that no singular approach in therapy is sufficient for every person. For this reason, I have adapted an integrated approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused modalities.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients during their time of pain and find a path toward healing together. I assess each client's individual needs, adjusting as necessary to meet our therapeutic goals.
