Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the social work profession. My mission is to guide individuals on their unique journey toward self-improvement and well-being. I believe that everyone’s path to self-improvement is unique. As we navigate life’s seasons, I am here to guide you toward your best self. I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth sessions.

My approach to therapy

Therapeutic Counseling: I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and challenges. My approach is tailored to each individual’s needs.

Trauma-Focused Therapy: As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I specialize in trauma-informed care.

Goal-Directed Therapy: Together, we set clear objectives and work toward achieving them.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

What you can expect from me

I integrate therapeutic counseling and motivational approaches to meet the unique needs of the client.
