Great to meet you!

My name is Jessica Winternheimer, and I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LIMHP, LICSW).

I specialize in working with women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves, often due to life transitions, people-pleasing patterns, trauma, or hormonal shifts like perimenopause or postpartum changes. I am passionate about this work because I’ve seen how powerful it is when women finally feel supported rather than judged, rushed, or dismissed. You deserve to feel heard, supported and whole again. I’d be honored to support your journey through therapy.

My approach to therapy

I help by creating a safe, validating space where women can be honest, unfiltered, and fully seen. My approach is relational, strengths-based, and rooted in deep listening. Together, we uncover what’s beneath the surface and begin rebuilding from a place of clarity, empowerment, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect a gentle and collaborative process. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, identify your goals, and begin untangling the emotional and mental load you’ve been carrying. You’ll be met with warmth and curiosity.

My practice is unique because I center the full experience of being a woman to include emotionally, mentally, hormonally, and relationally. I understand that burnout, anxiety, or “feeling off” isn’t just in your head, rather it’s often the result of years of emotional labor, caregiving, and putting yourself last.
