Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jessica Wise, a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife, and the founder of Magnolia Mind & Wellness. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Frontier Nursing University in 2018.

My approach to therapy

My background in psychiatric care and women's health allows me to provide a compassionate, whole-person approach to mental wellness. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders, with a particular passion for supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum, and other life transitions. I believe mental health care should be personalized, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your care. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that supports your unique needs and helps you achieve lasting mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We'll discuss your current concerns, mental health history, lifestyle, and personal goals to gain a better understanding of your unique needs. I take a whole-person approach, considering how your physical health, relationships, and life experiences may impact your mental well-being. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and other evidence-based strategies. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your mental health journey.
