Great to meet you!

From a young age, l knew that helping others was my passion. During high school, I was the president of a peer-support group that helped students facing bullying or difficulties at home. Now a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, My love of helping others through therapy has strengthened and deepened. With dedication and skillful communication, I help patients identify problems and affect positive change efficiently and productively. Utilizing a strength-based, multi-systems approach,

My approach to therapy

As someone who has been in therapy myself, I've learned over the years that meeting a new therapist is like going on a blind date. Once you meet them, you either get an instant feeling of "oh, I feel like I know this person and wow, I feel like I can be me and open with them" OR its just a hard no; which is completely ok! If you are looking for someone to help challenge you, empower you, and hold you accountable, while being able to speak completely freely then let's start your journey together!

What you can expect from me

My goal is that patients achieve greater love and understanding for themselves and others while also growing and developing to their full potential. I am trained in evidence-based practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Motivational interviewing and I work to cultivate an empathic, direct, non-judgmental, open, and effective therapeutic relationship with each person.
