Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Clinical Supervisor in NJ. I have a Master's Degree from Arizona State University in Addiction Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree from Drexel University in Behavioral Health Counseling and. I have a strong background in substance-use counseling, trauma-informed care, and client-centered treatment. I’ve worked extensively with New Jersey’s DCPP and legal systems for the past 10 years, which helps me understand the unique pressures clients face when navigating complicated life circumstances. (Please note: Services are best suited for individuals with substance use concerns or co-occurring issues related to substance use)

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, holistic, and collaborative, focusing on helping clients strengthen coping skills, manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and create sustainable recovery goals. I use evidence-based modalities such as ACT, DBT, MI, and mindfulness to support clients in making meaningful change. Whether you're working through substance-use patterns, self-esteem challenges, relationship stress, or major life transitions, I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where we can work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a calm and welcoming space where you can talk honestly about what’s going on in your life, what obstacles have been getting in your way, and what you’re hoping to change. I’ll ask questions to understand your background, your strengths, and the challenges you’re currently facing, as well as, identify your goals and what is most important to you. My focus is to help you feel heard, grounded, and more hopeful after our first meeting.

(For teens/adolescents, please contact me to schedule your initial intake session. I require a free 15 minute consultation prior to scheduling with anyone ages 15-17. Please note: I do not accept teens under the age of 15. )
