Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been practicing for 8 years. I specialize in working with mountain athletes and folks who work and play outside. My areas of expertise include anxiety, disordered eating, grief, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I use somatic techniques and parts work to help you express yourself, feel more secure and safe within your body, and access your ability to handle life’s challenges. I help reconnect you to yourself, others, and the environment around you. Brainspotting allows us to access adverse memories, reprocess, and desensitize your nervous system to stay regulated.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relationship is critical, and I strive to create genuine connections where it is safe to laugh, cry, scream, and all the things in between. Starting your therapeutic journey can be hard and scary, but you will never be alone in the process. Sound like a good match? Let's talk! Reach out to me via email or phone call for free consultation
