Great to meet you!

I provide counseling for women struggling with disordered eating, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and more. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) through IAEDP and an Eating Disorders Informed Professional through ERC. I have completed specialized OCD training through Harvard Medical School and am a Clinical Trauma Professional. I will integrate Christian faith into sessions at the client’s request.

My approach to therapy

I believe in an eclectic approach to therapy since no two clients' stories are the same. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, dialectical behavioral, humanistic, exposure and response prevention (ERP), and other modes of therapy.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, the client and I are getting to know each other! I'll ask questions about her specific symptoms, how these symptoms are impacting her life, and what goals she wants to achieve through counseling. I want to learn as much as I can in the first session so I can create the most helpful treatment plan with goals that enable us to track our progress.
