Great to meet you!

I am a doctoral-prepared dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I manage most mental health issues and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. I'm privileged to understand culturally conscious care, which has allowed me to help many families who have experienced trauma and cultural barriers.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach to working with clients is evidence-based, holistic, and patient-centered. I work to create an environment where you can develop trust and feel save to share your stories. I believe in HIPAA, and we will work together to create realistic goals that can meet your needs. I am passionate about working with diverse populations and strive to create a safe space for all, regardless of gender, religion, race/ethnicity or sexual orientation.

What you can expect from me

we provide psychiatric evaluations and provide/manage psychiatric medications. We treat attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, thought disorders and eating disorders in children. Do not wait too long! You do not have to go through your struggles alone! Schedule an appointment today! Late and weekend openings available!
