Great to meet you!

I bridge clinical care with integrated healing to provide you well rounded and support with depth. My work is rooted in deep listening, presence and creating spaces where people feel safe to soften, release and remember who they are.

**Currently only able to take telehealth, my in person sessions are full, I can add folks to the waitlist.

I specialize in working with:

· grief, loss and bereavement

· anxiety, depression, trauma & PTSD

· health care workers experiencing burnout

· older adult and end-of-life concerns

· spiritual crisis and transformations

· LGBTQ+

My approach to therapy

By providing tools and methods to assist you in making long-lasting changes you will learn how to become better resourced and create sustainable well-being.

Together, we’ll gently slow things down, helping you reconnect with your body, reset your nervous system and steady your thoughts.

Tangible outcomes over time you can expect:

  • Clearer understanding of grief and what you’re going through
  • Reduced physical anxiety symptoms; a steadier nervous system
  • Better sleep and more restorative rest
  • Renewed confidence in day-to-day coping
  • A deeper understanding of self-compassion and acceptance
  • Practical relaxation skills you can use anytime
  • Resources for continued support as a caregiver

What you can expect from me

In our first session we'll determine your goals and I will hear from you what is most challenging in your life right now. We will then create a plan for our time together over the next months.

I'll introduce the mindful based practices we will be working with to help build your emotional resilience and regulate your nervous system.
