Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist with a PhD in Counseling Psychology and over 10 years of clinical experience. I specialize in working with adults (18+) navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity development, self-esteem challenges, family of origin issues, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions, particularly those related to immigration and cultural adjustment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, drawing from interpersonal, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive frameworks. I strive to meet clients where they are, honoring the complexity of their lived experiences and tailoring treatment to support their unique needs and goals. My clinical work focuses on helping clients identify and shift long-standing patterns contributing to emotional distress or disconnection. I am committed to cultivating a compassionate therapeutic relationship that supports healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our work begins with an initial session focused on understanding your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Whether your goals are clearly defined or still emerging, we will begin to explore them together and establish a foundation for the therapeutic process. I aim to foster a supportive and respectful environment in which you feel comfortable engaging in open and honest reflection. Creating a space that promotes psychological safety is central to my work, allowing for meaningful exploration, vulnerability, and growth.
