Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. With over 15 years in the counseling field, I continue to feel deeply called to this work and honored to support people through life’s challenges. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, and emotional overwhelm. Sometimes people come to therapy feeling stuck, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to be a steady source of support where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged as you work through what is weighing on you and begin moving toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

When I have the privilege of sitting with someone in therapy, my aim is to work collaboratively and compassionately to support them in a way that feels meaningful and helpful. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or difficult life circumstances. My approach is rooted in compassion, trust, and genuine human connection. Together, we work to better understand your experiences, identify your strengths, build coping skills, and create a path forward that supports emotional healing and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, I will walk with you step by step to help you feel as comfortable and safe as possible. We will talk about what has led you to counseling, whether that includes anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, or relationship concerns, and begin identifying what support would be most helpful to you. My priority is to make sure you feel heard, seen, and respected from the very beginning. I want the first session to feel like a welcoming place where you can finally start sharing your story at your own pace and leave with a greater sense of hope, clarity, and support!
