Great to meet you!

I am a psychologist licensed in both North and South Carolina who has been practicing therapy for over 10 years. My experiences include community mental health, forensics and assessments. I have a doctorate in Counseling Psychology, a Masters Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in couples therapy, personality disorders, anxiety, depression and evaluations for individuals involved with the criminal justice system.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is casual but direct. I believe in a holistic, collaborative style of therapy that allows the client to gain knowledge of their diagnoses, understand the origins of these patterns of behavior and learn how to challenge and change them going forward into the future. I work with the client to assist them in challenging their inner narrative from one based in self-criticism and judgement to one of resiliency and self-love.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to feel empowered and expect to become more knowledgeable and secure in understanding and appreciating their inner psyche.
