Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping people reclaim their lives from trauma or addiction, heal from eating and body image issues, overcome anxiety or depression, and increase their ability to feel peaceful in their lives again. I partner with clients to help them feel they are capable of living life on their terms and handling stresses of daily life effectively. I focus on helping people develop greater emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness skills.

My approach to therapy

With compassion and humor, I will help you to make changes in the way you see yourself, the ways you take care of yourself, and the ways you relate to others. I work with individuals, couples and families using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR and metabolic interventions.

What you can expect from me

Working with each person is different and I am open to accepting those differences. I am not here to judge, only support and help you learn more about yourself. You tell me your goals and I will help you decide how we can best meet them together!
