Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples rediscover hope, peace, and joy in their lives. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 25 years as an elementary teacher, which taught me the power of patience, creativity, and understanding. My background in education and my deep faith shape the way I connect with others — with empathy, honesty, and genuine care. Clients describe me as creative, challenging when needed, and always empowering.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you feel seen, supported, and capable of change. Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s holding you back, build confidence in your choices, and help you find direction that aligns with your values and goals. My approach is collaborative and client-centered — you set the pace, and we’ll work together to help you feel more balanced and fulfilled in both your personal life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and start exploring what brought you here. You’ll have space to share your story, ask questions, and begin identifying what you want to change or strengthen. My hope is that you leave feeling encouraged, heard, and ready to take small, meaningful steps toward a life that feels more peaceful and whole.
