Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship challenges, or the weight of grief. You don’t have to face it alone. I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, find relief from emotional pain, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and heard, so I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on without judgment. Together, we’ll look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical tools to manage difficult emotions, and help you reconnect with your strengths.

I have experience supporting clients through depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and grief. Whether you're going through a specific life transition or have been struggling for a long time, we can work at a pace that feels right for you.

Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step. If you're considering therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this process.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and compassionate. I do my best to help my clients feel as at ease as possible. I strongly believe in meeting the client where they are at!

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel validated, supported, and perhaps some relief as well. I like to gather background information and then start to put focus on goals, solutions, and psychoeducation as well.
