Great to meet you!

Life is full of stressors and I believe prioritizing mental health is crucial to feeling less overwhelmed. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so welcome....

I’ve been practicing for over 25 years, but in the last decade, have shifted my main focus to clients ages 10 and above who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and transitional life stressors.

My approach to therapy

It’s important to me that we communicate openly during our time togther. I want you to feel respected and safe sharing your story. I’ll be there to listen to you, highlight your strengths, challenge you to achieve your goals, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

During our sessions, you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to develop goals that feel achievable. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing your strengths, worries, and frustrations. We’ll work together in the sessions to make your goals a reality for you.
