Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentialed by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. I completed my Bachelor’s degree (B.S. in Psychology) at Towson University in 2013 and received my Master’s degree (M.S.) in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University in 2016. I am passionate about helping others conquer their challenges and transcend their goals. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends, loved ones, and her dogter, Lila. My favorite self-care activities include going to concerts, traveling, kayaking, cooking, and experimenting with different types of mocktails and coffees.

My approach to therapy

Lets regain control of your life.

I help adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use, and life transitions break unhelpful patterns and feel more in control. They may believe they can never change. My approach focuses on building coping skills, relapse prevention, and practical tools for everyday life. I tend to utilize multiple approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy. Every breath is a chance to start again.

Calling a therapist can feel intimidating, but therapy doesn’t have to be painful. If you feel stuck, anxious, or depressed, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for meaningful change at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, any current challenges you're experiencing, and your personal history to help me better understand your unique needs. We'll also explore your strengths, identify your goals for treatment, and begin developing a plan tailored specifically to you.

You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to make sense of what you're experiencing.

This session is also your opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, combining evidence-based strategies with genuine support. Together, we'll begin building the tools and confidence you need to create meaningful, lasting change.
