Great to meet you!

My name is Jillian and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 6 years of clinical experience. I earned my Masters in Social Work in 2017 from Syracuse University.

How might your life shift if you embraced that peace is possible-even in the midst of pain?

What might change if you learned to respond to your emotions with compassion instead of judgement?

I believe that you are the expert of your own life. Together, we'll work to make sense of your experiences, strengthen your inner resources, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you're becoming. Whether you're overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns of emotional reactivity, or carrying pain that feels too heavy to hold alone, my role is to offer a supportive space to pause, feel, and heal. My approach is rooted in helping you understand your emotional world, build tools for regulation, and reconnect with the parts of you that long for safety, connection, and ease.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is not one size fits all. I work with each client to individualize treatment that will best meet their goals. My role is to help you navigate the steps towards healing. Your trust and sense of safety are a priority in our work together. I dedicate time to building a strong supportive connection where you feel truly heard and understood.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is dedicated to gathering some personal history, exploring values, embracing emotions, identifying obstacles in your path, and better understanding your thought process. Together, we will create a tailored plan for treatment that will guide our follow-up sessions.
