Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist who believes real change happens in the space between people, not on a worksheet. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, grief, and the quiet exhaustion of carrying things alone. With 7 years of experience, I bring EMDR, IFS, and deep relational work to every session, but more than any modality, I bring genuine curiosity about you as a person. If you're ready to stop hitting the same wall and start understanding

why it's there, I'd love to work alongside you.

My approach to therapy

Let's shift your relationship with anxiety, and with yourself. I use EMDR (a brain-based approach that helps reprocess difficult memories without reliving them), Internal Family Systems (IFS, which helps you understand the different 'parts' of yourself with

compassion), and depth relational work to help you notice your patterns and find freedom from them. I work from the belief that you are not broken, you are a person who learned certain ways of surviving, and together we can explore whether those ways still

serve you. My style is warm, direct, and deeply present. I don't do worksheets.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll spend most of our time just getting to know you, what brought you here, what's been on your mind, and what you're hoping for. I won't have a rigid agenda or homework for you to complete. Instead, I'll be curious and present, following what feels most alive and important. We'll begin to explore some of your patterns together, and I'll share some initial thoughts on how I might support you. Most people leave our first session

feeling genuinely heard, maybe a little lighter, and with a clearer sense of what working together could look like.
