My approach to therapy

Jillian utilizes an integrative approach of Trauma-Informed Care; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Psycho-dynamic and Solution-Focused modalities; and Positive Psychology, including mindfulness. Jillian's style is nurturing and authentic. She does well with a variety of clients, particularly those who struggle with trauma, addiction anxiety and depression.
