Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with seven years of experience in the mental health field, walking alongside people through some of life’s hardest and most meaningful moments. I’ve worked with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I especially value supporting individuals and families facing chronic illness and end-of-life care. These journeys can feel overwhelming or full of questions without easy answers, and my hope is to offer a steady, compassionate presence. What matters most to me is meeting you exactly where you are—no pressure to be “ready” or have it all figured out. We’ll move at your pace and work together toward greater clarity, relief, and support in the middle of real life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and centered on you. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT), tailoring them to your unique needs and goals. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, we’ll focus on what feels most helpful—whether that’s shifting unhelpful thought patterns, relating differently to difficult emotions, or strengthening family connections. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of where you are. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can develop tools and move toward greater clarity and resilience.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy works best when we have clear ways to see progress. Together, we’ll set personal treatment goals that matter to you—ones that help you know when therapy is making a real difference. I also use tools like mental health screeners to track changes over time in a measurable, supportive way. This helps us stay focused and adjust as needed. My aim is to create a collaborative environment where you feel heard, encouraged, and actively involved in your own growth.
