Great to meet you!

The most importantly, I enjoy working and helping people think, feel and do better. I’m from Ohio and graduated from Youngstown State University. My specialty is including anxiety, depression, life, transition issues, and substance use issues.

My approach to therapy

I’m a cognitive behavioral therapist primarily which pays close attention to how we interpret events, feel about them ultimately respond. I enjoy building relationships with the people I see and my style is informal. I work with a lot of clients who never thought they would use professional counseling.
